Board of Directors meeting at REDAMCO corporate office
REDAMCO has commenced its transformation journey of transition towards corporate restructuring by holding its first Board of Directors meeting constituted overwhelmingly by Independent Directors from Corporate Sector, chaired by Mr. Zahid Latif Khan, at Corporate Office REDAMCO, Islamabad on 20th January 2025. In line with State Owned Enterprises Act & Policy 2023, the Board formed a number of mandatory committees and assigned different proposals by the management for the committee’s recommendation
